FAQ
Customization & Design
What parts of these products can I customize?
What file format is required for uploading my own logo/design? Are there any requirements?
For the best printing results, we highly recommend using vector file formats (such as .AI, .EPS, .SVG). We also accept high-resolution bitmap files (like .PNG, .JPG, .PDF). Please ensure your design has clear lines and avoid overly fine details, especially for small items like stamps, labels, or stickers. You can refer to our detailed 【Artwork Guidelines】 page for more information.
Do you offer design services if I don't have my own artwork? What's included and what are the costs?
Yes, absolutely! We have a professional in-house design team ready to assist you based on your ideas, sketches, or concepts. Our services cover a wide range of graphic design and illustration styles, translating your vision into beautiful designs suitable for stamp. For standard 2D design work (like logo creation/cleanup, pattern drawing, etc.), we offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied, and this design service is free of charge!
Please note: An extra charge applies for complex designs requiring 3D modeling (e.g., for certain custom-shaped stamp molds or products). This fee will be assessed based on the specific difficulty and requirements of the design. If you need design assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team with your ideas!
Can I see a preview or digital proof of my custom design before final production?
Yes, for most custom products requiring you to upload a design, we will send you a digital proof via email for your confirmation before proceeding to production, usually within one business day. This ensures the final product meets your expectations. Please reply promptly after receiving the proof to avoid production delays (we will automatically proceed to production 48 hours after sending the proof if no response is received). Some simple template or text customizations may not include an additional proof, but you will typically see a sample preview during the customization process.
