How to Use

1. Prep Citrus Garnish: Slice fresh orange or lemon into thin cocktail wheel garnishes and set flat on a heat-safe wooden board.
   
2. Heat the Branding Iron: Fully heat the brass stamp head evenly over a small flame or electric hot plate until the metal reaches a warm branding temperature (Do not overheat to char fruit completely).
   
3. Align & Stamp: Hold the wooden handle, position the hot brass logo flat and centered onto your citrus peel slice, press gently and evenly for 1–2 seconds only.
   
4. Tip: Short, controlled light pressing creates a clean subtle branded mark on fruit. Extended contact will burn through citrus peel and ruin your cocktail garnish. For consistent matching party styling, stamp all fruit slices with equal light pressure and heating time.
