• Select the character packages you need (Uppercase Letters, Lowercase Letters, Numbers, Symbols, or Full Combo Sets).
• Each holder comes with blank spacers to fill gaps and lock the text tightly in place.

• Artwork Submission:  Before adding to cart, please upload your high-resolution black and white logo, signature, sketch, or trademark directly on the product page. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, or VECTOR PDF. Use bold lines and avoid fine details to prevent blurring.
  
• Design Note:  Black areas of your logo will be raised on the stamp.
• Production Time:  3-5 working days.

How to Use

1. Slide the brass letters into the T-slot holder.
2. You must spell your word backwards (mirror image) so it reads correctly when stamped! (e.g., To stamp "FAITH", insert the letters as "HTIAF").
3. Use the blank spacers to fill any remaining room in the track, then tighten the locking screws on both ends securely.

• Stamping Method (Choose One):

1. Cold Press (For Veg-Tan Leather):  Dampen the leather surface slightly with a sponge. Align the stamp and strike the top of the handle firmly with a mallet, or use an arbor press for an even, deep impression.
2. Heat Stamping (Flame/Electric):  Heat the assembled brass head over a gas flame for 60–90 seconds, or plug in your electric iron. Test on a scrap piece of material first. Press vertically onto your item for 1–2 seconds, then lift quickly.

Important Safety Notes!

• The brass letters and holder will become extremely hot when working with heat. Please use heat-resistant gloves when changing letters during a hot stamping session.
• Keep away from children and let the tool cool down completely on a safe, heat-resistant surface after use.
  *Natural oxidation (darkening) of the brass over time is normal and does not affect performance.

• Custom proof: Provided after we receive usable artwork and before production begins.
• Processing: Ready to ship in 3–5 business days.
• Delivery: Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Production time, customs processing, and carrier delays may affect the estimate.

Returns & Custom Products

• Eligible ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in new condition.
• Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started.
• If an item is defective, damaged, or materially differs from the approved design, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
