• Artwork Submission:  Before adding to cart, please upload your high-resolution black and white logo, signature, sketch, or trademark directly on the product page. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, or VECTOR PDF. Use bold lines and avoid fine details to prevent blurring.
  
• Design Note:  Black areas of your logo will be raised on the stamp.
• Production Time:  3-5 working days.

How to Use(Metal Stamping Guide)

• Cold Press (Recommended for Veg-Tan Leather)：
  

1. Place your metal blank flat on a solid, hardened steel bench block or anvil. (Do not stamp on wooden tables or soft surfaces).
2. Position the steel stamp straight and completely flat against the metal surface.
3. Strike the top of the stamp firmly and squarely with a heavy steel hammer.
4. One heavy, solid strike is always better than multiple light taps to prevent double or shadowed impressions.

Important Notes!

• Do not use a brass "hammer" to strike.
• For large-size stamps of 20 mm and above, it is recommended to use a press for the best results.
• Coated with oil when it arrives to prevent rust. Wipe off the oil with a paper towel. Do not use water.
• Always wear safety glasses when striking metal tools with a hammer to protect your eyes from potential metal splinters.
• Do NOT use this stamp on hardened steel, stainless steel, or metals harder than the stamp itself, as this will permanently damage the engraved face.

• Custom proof: Normally provided within 1 business day after we receive usable artwork.
• Processing: Ready-made items normally dispatch within 1-2 business days. Custom items normally require 3-5 business days after proof approval.
• Delivery: Standard shipping is typically 10-14 business days; priority shipping is typically 6-10 business days. Production time, customs processing, and carrier delays are not included. Availability and final cost are shown at checkout.

Returns & Custom Products

• Eligible ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in new condition.
• Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started.
• If an item is defective, damaged, or materially differs from the approved design, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
