• Design Note:  Black areas of your logo will be raised on the stamp.

How to Use

1. Ensure your brass plate is at room temperature.(Pro Tip for Bars: For continuous high-volume stamping, keep a shallow tray of warm water or a damp warm towel nearby to quickly warm the plate between stamps).
2. Rest the brass plate flat on a bar drip mat or a designated dripping tray.
3. Place a clear, flat-sided ice cube directly onto your engraved design. Let gravity and the thermal conductivity of the brass do the work.
4. Leave it for just 3–5 seconds! You will literally see the ice melt into the grooves.

Important Safety Notes!

• Solid brass naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to moisture, developing a beautiful vintage patina. Simply wipe it completely dry after each use. You can easily polish it with a standard brass cleaner or a mixture of lemon juice and baking soda to restore its original golden shine.
  * Keep the plate at room temperature. A cold brass plate will not melt the ice.

• Custom proof: Normally provided within 1 business day after we receive usable artwork.
• Processing: Ready-made items normally dispatch within 1-2 business days. Custom items normally require 3-5 business days after proof approval.
• Delivery: Standard shipping is typically 10-14 business days; priority shipping is typically 6-10 business days. Production time, customs processing, and carrier delays are not included. Availability and final cost are shown at checkout.

Returns & Custom Products

• Eligible ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in new condition.
• Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started.
• If an item is defective, damaged, or materially differs from the approved design, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
