Artwork Submission: Before adding to cart, please upload your high-resolution black and white logo, signature, sketch, or trademark directly on the product page. Accepted formats: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, JPG, or PNG. Use clean lines and avoid overly microscopic details to prevent wax pooling.
- Design Note: The black areas of your uploaded design will be engraved into the brass, which means they will appear as the raised, 3D portions on your final wax seal.

How to Use
- Melt your sealing wax beads or sticks using a melting spoon over a candle flame.
- Carefully pour the melted wax onto your envelope, paper, or parcel in a circular pool slightly larger than your stamp head.
- Center your brass stamp over the wax and press down straight and gently. (Do not push too hard).
- Leave the stamp in the wax for 10–15 seconds to let it cool and set completely. Once cooled, gently lift the stamp straight up to reveal your perfect custom seal!
- For high-volume stamping, rest your brass stamp on an ice pack between uses. A cold stamp sets the hot wax much faster and prevents sticking!

- Melting wax requires an open flame and generates hot liquids. Please handle with care to avoid burns.
* The product will become extremely hot when working. Please use carefully, keep it away from children, and cool it in a safe place after use.

Returns & Custom Products
- Eligible ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in new condition.
- Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or materially differs from the approved design, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
