How to Use
- Place your metal blank completely flat on a solid, hardened steel bench block or anvil. (Do not stamp on wooden tables or soft surfaces).
- Position the carbon steel stamp straight and completely flat against the metal surface.
- Strike the top of the stamp firmly and squarely with a heavy metal stamping hammer.
- One heavy, solid strike is always better than multiple light taps to prevent double or shadowed impressions.
